Strawberry date smoothie

No workout is complete without a delicious smoothie. Have this one after a grueling gym session or substitute for a snack. It's not too sweet and the dated and strawberries lend a natural sweetness to it. And looks so good too!

Ingredients:

1 scoop of your favorite protein
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk (you can add low fat milk or yogurt as well)
1/2 cup ice
2 dates
4-5 large or 6-8 small strawberries


Method:
 

Blend all ingredients together till smooth. Enjoy!
