Roasting pepper
Method 1 : On a flame
Place the pepper directly over a flame. Keep turning it making sure all side are charred well. This takes a couple of minutes each side
Method 2 : Under the broiler
Place the peppers under the broiler. Keep turning them, making sure all side are charred well.
Same steps follow:
Remove from flame and cover with foil. Cool.
Remove skin, deseed and chop to required size.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use for up to a week in salads, sandwiches or more.

Any colored peppers
