Banana walnut salad

It's a little embarrassing to call this a "recipe". It's more like 3 ingredients combined to make a terrific after school snack. My 10 year old loves it so much that I make it almost 3 - 4 times a week. To top it off, it's so easy that she can make it herself. The banana gives her the energy for homework and unending after school activities and walnuts are a great brain food and that makes me happy.

Ingredients:

1 banana
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp honey

 


Method:
 

Slice the banana and transfer to a bowl. Mix in chopped walnuts and honey. Enjoy!
